The Clarets are due to visit King Power Stadium for a 3pm BST kick-off on Saturday, with the Foxes hoping to stay in the top four by securing three points from their ninth league outing.
City were held to a 0-0 draw by Sean Dyche's men in this fixture last term, before Wes Morgan's last-ditch winner settled an enthralling away meeting at Turf Moor later in the season.
However, our latest featured classic encounter is a Burnley clash from spring in 2011, when the Foxes were attempting to finish in the elusive Sky Bet Championship play-off spaces...

Leicester City's Sky Bet Championship play-off hunt continued in April 2011 with a brilliant 4-0 victory over Burnley at King Power Stadium, with on-loan striker Diomansy Kamara netting on his home debut.
On his maiden home appearance after joining the Club on loan from Fulham, Kamara got the Foxes up and running before winning a penalty for Paul Gallagher to score his first of two strikes on the day.
Gallagher's second was a typically special goal, a 30-yard rocket, before on-loan Chelsea full-back Patrick Van Aanholt rounded off the scoring in style with a composed fourth nine minutes from time.
It was the 15th league win of Sven-Göran Eriksson's time in charge on Filbert Way, after the Swede replaced Portuguese manager Paulo Sousa in early October with City perched in the bottom three.
Eriksson inspired a reversal in fortunes which would see Leicester become genuine promotion candidates, notably winning seven matches in eight over the busy New Year period.
However, City ultimately fell short of their target in the latter weeks of the season and would undergo a summer overhaul before Nigel Pearson returned to Leicester four months into the 2011/12 season.
