All Season Ticket Holders will be issued with a Digital Season Ticket for the 2026/27 season.
This will be the fifth season in which King Power Stadium has used digital ticketing, building on an approach that has been developed over time. That work has continued to be shaped by supporter feedback, with regular consultation having taken place through our Fan Engagement Framework on how digital ticketing works in practice.
As we continue to develop our digital ticketing approach, our aim is to support a matchday experience at King Power Stadium that is safe, secure and convenient for supporters, while making the sale, transfer and use of tickets more efficient. We know digital tickets represent a change for some supporters, which is why we remain committed to providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.
Digital ticketing also plays an important role in helping supporters manage their tickets across the season, including when using services such as Season Ticket Forwarding and the Official Season Ticket Resale Platform.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR AN EXEMPTION?
Physical Season Ticket cards will not be available by default.
However, the following supporters will be able to apply for an exemption to use a physical Season Ticket card instead:

IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A PHYSICAL CARD
Eligible supporters who did not hold a physical Season Ticket card for 2025/26, or who have had their seat relocated, or who have moved into a new qualifying age category or have a registered disability for 2026/27, will be able to apply for an exemption to receive a physical Season Ticket card.Where that exemption is approved, a physical Season Ticket card will be issued free of charge.
HOW TO CONFIRM OR APPLY FOR AN EXEMPTION
Supporters who are eligible to use a physical Season Ticket card will be able to confirm or apply for their exemption here and must do so by 5pm on Friday 29 May.
Supporters are encouraged to complete the process as early as possible.
Please note: All supporters who are eligible for a physical Season Ticket card must confirm or apply for their exemption otherwise their ticket will default to digital.
