- Leicester face Charlton Athletic in the FA Women's Championship on Sunday (2pm kick-off)- City will aim to record a fourth consecutive league win when they travel to The Oakwood- The top-of-the-table Foxes have beaten Coventry United, Lewes and London Bees in recent weeks- Live match updates will be available via LCFC Women's official social media accounts
The top-of-the-table Foxes visit The Oakwood for a 2pm kick-off against a side currently sitting bottom of the league standings.
Here's a look at the latest news from the Foxes camp as well as an overview of Sunday's opposition, including players to watch and the Addicks' recent form guide.
The Foxes camp
Leicester progressed into the Continental Tyres League Cup quarter-finals thanks to a penalty shootout triumph in their final group stage match against Birmingham City last week.
The clash finished 0-0 at Damson Park, with a penalty save from Kirstie Levell the highlight, before a 6-5 victory on spot-kicks ensured City remained top of Group E.
In the league, meanwhile, the Foxes have defeated Lewes, Coventry United and most recently, London Bees, to move up into first place in the table.
Ones to watch
Forward Jess King has been in good scoring form since her summer move from Lewes, netting the winner in Charlton's only victory of the season so far - one of three goals to her name. King, 28, started her career at Liverpool and also played for Everton before plying her trade abroad with FC Basel, FF USV Jena and Kolbotn IL.
Lois Heuchan has also provided two goals in her last three appearances, finding the net against Durham and Lewes. The Scottish midfielder played college football for the University of Kansas Soccer team in the USA, before signing a professional contract with French side Le Havre (AC) for the 2018/19 season. The 24-year-old is now into her second season with the Addicks.
Opposition form guide
Riteesh Mishra's side have lost their last two league games - to Lewes and Sheffield United - and are without a win in eight in all competitions, since an away victory over Blackburn Rovers.
Charlton's only other two points were picked up in score draws with Crystal Palace (2-2) and Durham (1-1) - when an injury time equaliser denied the visitors all three points from their trip to Maiden Castle.
Talking points
LCFC Women manager Jonathan Morgan said: "Obviously they're looking to get points at the bottom of the table at the minute, so you can never underestimate a team in a relegation fight."
Goalkeeper Kirstie Levell told LCFC TV: "It's a quick changeover. We know that Charlton aren't going to be an easy game and we've just got to stick together again and move on to the next one."
Last time out
The two sides drew 1-1 in last season's only meeting, which took place at Charlton's home, The Oakwood on 17 November, 2019. Charlie Devlin scored for the Addicks - against her future Club - on the stroke of half time, ahead of Lachante Paul's 70th-minute equaliser.
