In my career, it's difficult, actually, I’ve got a couple. Obviously, the FA Cup win, the promotion and playing for Bangladesh, for three very different reasons…
Lifting the trophy to the Blue Army.

I think the FA Cup is such a prestigious thing. Of course, it's something that you grow up watching every year. And it's one of the majors, something that you dream of as a kid. So to be able to go and do that at Wembley was amazing.
The promotion was a sense of pride in getting the Club back to where it belonged. It was a special year, probably in my experience, the best Championship season in terms of the teams in there and the level.

For us to do it how we did, in such a fashion, was amazing. I enjoyed every step of it, even the blips, with how much the team stuck together and got out of that.
For Bangladesh, it was an unbelievable experience for me and my family. I couldn't imagine it and the amount of people that came out to show love and support, even since I've been back, it's something that I can't put into words.

You probably don't even see the half of it, to be honest, but to just get that love and support from so many people, it just fills me with pride and for me to take my kids and wife out there, for them to see it, is unbelievable. I don't score much either, so to go and get one at the first game back at the National Stadium since they did a refurb was amazing.
