The Foxes head into the weekend looking for consecutive wins for the first time this campaign, having come from behind to beat Ipswich Town 5-1 on Wednesday evening in the Subway Women's League Cup.
With five different goalscorers and confidence brimming within the squad, Rick Passmoor will be hoping to keep this momentum going on Sunday when fifth-placed Tottenham make the trip to King Power Stadium.
Spurs in focus
Spurs have won two of their opening three WSL games.
It's two wins from the first three for Martin Ho's side, having beaten West Ham United and Everton in the Barclays Women's Super League, before losing out 5-1 to Manchester City last time out in the league.
They also have had to organise their preparation into the last couple of days for this game, fresh from League Cup action themselves, as they played out a goalless draw with Aston Villa midweek; claiming the extra point on penalties.
No one has scored more than once this season for Spurs, but Cathinka Tandberg has two goal involvements from three games, since her summer arrival from Hammarby IF in the summer and will be one to watch out for.
The Foxes camp
City came out on top against Ipswich Town in League Cup action this week.
After an opening-day defeat to Manchester United, City have improved both result and performance wise, as the new team on Filbert Way starts to gel. This was evident on Wednesday night when we came from behind to beat WSL2 opposition Ipswich Town in Group D of the League Cup.
Rosella Ayane, Asmita Ale and Academy forward Sammy Kaczmar all scored their first goals for the Club, while Shannon O'Brien and Jutta Rantala opened their 25/26 accounts.
Our last time at home, we took all three points from Liverpool thanks to Emily van Egmond's second-half header, despite O'Brien's dismissal, and we'll need the backing from you, the fans, to help us achieve the same feat.
