Report highlights our inclusion work throughout the 2025/26 season
More than 40 training and education sessions delivered across the Club
New initiatives included a Men’s Mental Health event, Menopause Action Plan and inaugural Pride Conference
Released as part of National Inclusion Week (14-20 September), the Report reflects on the initiatives, partnerships and activity delivered throughout the 2025/26 season as we continue to strengthen our approach to inclusion.
The 2025/26 campaign included dedicated matchdays, learning and development opportunities, wellbeing initiatives and engagement with communities across our city and county.
Among the highlights were more than 40 training and education sessions, providing over 60 hours of learning for Club staff, alongside the rollout of anti-racist coaching training in partnership with the Premier League.
We also held our first-ever Men’s Mental Health event, providing an opportunity for open conversations around men’s wellbeing, while our new Menopause Action Plan was launched to strengthen support for colleagues experiencing menopause.
Meanwhile, Leicester City in the Community hosted our inaugural Pride Conference at King Power Stadium, bringing together organisations and individuals to discuss inclusion and LGBTQ+ representation.
The Report also outlines our continued focus on understanding impact, listening to different experiences and perspectives, and building relationships with local and national organisations to help extend our work.
Our ambition is to continue creating an environment where everyone is valued, respected and able to be their authentic selves, with inclusion embedded across our Club and reflected in the experiences of our staff, supporters and wider communities.
