Leicester City’s First Team returned for pre-season training on Monday morning
Friendlies against Peterborough United, OHL and Fiorentina are set to take place over the coming weeks
All of our friendlies will be streamed for free on Foxes Hub and YouTube
As the summer break comes to a close for the majority of our squad, only those involved in international matches over the last few weeks are yet to return.
The new Sky Bet Championship campaign starts for us on Sunday 10 August against Sheffield Wednesday at King Power Stadium.
Before then, we’ll compete in a number of pre-season games, with six weeks to go before we begin our 2025/26 season – all of our friendly matches will be broadcast for free on Foxes Hub and YouTube.
This week, City’s returning players will be put through their paces in the build-up to our first pre-season match against Peterborough United on Saturday (12:30pm BST kick-off) in Seagrave.
Meanwhile, additional members of our squad will link up with their team-mates in the coming weeks, including Kasey McAteer and Hamza Choudhury, who scored their first goals for the Republic of Ireland and Bangladesh respectively, as well as Woyo Coulibaly, a debutant for Mali.
Further details of City’s first week of hard work will be surfaced across LCFC.com, the LCFC App and our social media platforms.
