Our Foxes Fanstore at King Power Stadium will also be open, with browsing hours starting at 11:30am and doors remaining open until 6pm due to Sunday trading laws. There will also be special souvenir flags in supporter seats as part of a pre-game display, so make sure you’re inside the stadium in plenty of time, all the way through to post-match, where we’re asking everyone to remain in their seats help us honour our No.9.
This not only gives supporters the opportunity to show their appreciation for our captain, but it also allows Jamie and his family to share another special post-match moment with the Blue Army.
Following the full-time whistle, a series of activity is planned to honour Jamie’s 13 years as a Fox, and for Jamie to lead the team, as well as a host of former team-mates, in thanking everyone in attendance for their support during that unforgettable period.
To ensure that tributes to Jamie can be delivered safely and meaningfully, supporters are respectfully asked to always remain in the stands and reminded that entering the field of play is a criminal offence.
We thank everyone in advance for helping us give the GOAT the send-off he deserves – together, and safely.
