The tournament – featuring 48 nations and some of football’s brightest young stars – runs from 3 to 27 November, with Germany entering as champions.
Jake Evans has previously represented England's U16s.
Leicester City duo Louis Page and Jake Evans have both earned call-ups to the England squad, who are drawn in Group E alongside Venezuela, Haiti and Egypt. The Young Lions open their campaign against Venezuela on 4 November, before facing Haiti on 7 November and Egypt on 10 November.
Meanwhile, Will Daniels will fly the flag for Canada, joining a Group K line-up that includes Uganda, France and Chile. Canada begin their journey on 5 November against Uganda, followed by France on 8 November and Chile on 11 November.
Will Daniels will represent Canada at the U17 World Cup.
The knockout stage, meanwhile, will begin around 14-15 November, with the last 32, leading to the final on 27 November.
