Five games remain for the Foxes to turn their fortunes around and overcome a three-point deficit as we head into Sunday afternoon, when we welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to King Power Stadium.
Looking to respond after a late defeat to Aston Villa last time out, our Manager provided more positive injury news, confirming that several players are close to returning to match fitness.
"After the Villa game, in terms of injuries, it's been positive," Passmoor explained. "We had to manage two or three players in terms of their minutes. It's good to see Missy [Goodwin] back and making her first start.
"Chantelle [Swaby] has been back in training and doing well, as is Emma [Jansson]. Sari [Kees] is back in contention as well, having worked hard with the medical team.
Van Egmond returns the group after a prolonged international break.

"Emily [van Egmond] has also returned from her time with Australia, so she's back on the grass with us, which will be a big boost. Of course, we need to manage her minutes after travelling."
With goals hard to come by this term for us, Passmoor also spoke about two strikers in the squad who could be involved this weekend, if not before the end of the season.
"Noémie [Mouchon] is back with the squad and could be involved, but if she is, it will be for limited minutes," he continued. "I'm confident she can be involved, but I doubt she'll be ready to start.
"Denny [Draper] has been in closer contact with the team. It might still be too early for her — it's a 50-50 decision. We'll check with the medical team, but that will be a late call."
