We head to CopperJax Community Stadium for a 7:45pm BST kick-off boosted by the weekend success over Doncaster Rovers on Filbert Way; which saw John Lundstram and Kamari Doyle strike to earn three Sky Bet League One points.

Pleased with many aspects of the display and admitting it felt good to get back on the winning trail, there’s been another game for Martin and his staff and players to prepare for over the last two days, with the trip to London coming just over 72 hours later.

“Winning’s not easy, so we have to really enjoy it as a whole club,” our Manager commented. “We have to be ready on Tuesday to back that up and get back-to-back wins because that’s really important.

“I thought we had a lot of variety to our play [against Doncaster]. When we went forward quickly, and then there were times when we were really controlled, dominated and waited for the chance.

“It was a big performance. We’re still going to see lots of stuff that we want the players to improve on, for sure.”

Moving the focus to facing Andy Woodman’s side, who are newly promoted into tier three and currently sit 22nd in the table, Martin is keen to build momentum as we aim for a second successive victory.

“We have to play with the same energy again against Bromley,’ the 40-year-old continued. “That will be really difficult because they’ve had a brilliant couple of years with a lot of continuity. They are brilliant at certain things, really good.

“They are aggressive, really direct in their play and they are good at it. We have to be aware of their threat but try and improve on [Doncaster] and win another game of football.

“This has to be the start of that. The next game, the next action, let’s go and try and be better than we were [against Doncaster] and build on the performance, because I really liked a lot of it.”
