The Leicester City Supporters Club Scandinavian Branch were in attendance at Sunday’s game against Manchester United and their contribution will be distributed among the VS Foundation’s four nominated charities for the 2024/25 season:
Heartwize
LOROS Hospice
Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People
Leicester Hospitals Charity
The VS Foundation, renamed in November 2018 in honour of our late Chairman, Khun Vichai, has been instrumental in supporting various charitable causes within Leicestershire over recent years.
This season, the Foundation has partnered with four local charities, each receiving dedicated matchday support to raise awareness and funds for their respective causes. Leicester City Ambassador, Alan Birchenall, said: “The support we receive from our global fanbase continues to inspire us, and the Leicester City Supporters Club Scandinavian Branch have really blown us away with their incredibly kind donation, so we thank them dearly for it.
“Their donation exemplifies the unity and compassion that defines this Club, and their contribution will make a significant impact on all four charities, reflecting the enduring legacy of Khun Vichai.”
