The Foxes next entertain AFC Bournemouth at King Power Stadium as Rodgers’ men aim to secure a third Premier League victory in a row on Saturday (3pm GMT kick-off).
Following reparative surgery on a hamstring injury sustained in training last month, Albrighton, 29, has been monitored closely by the Club's medial staff as he continues his rehabilitation.
The midfielder was involved in training at Belvoir Drive on Thursday and, while there is still work to be done, Rodgers says he is optimistic that he could feature over the upcoming seven fixtures.
“He will be available at some point,” the Foxes manager revealed, speaking to the national media on Thursday afternoon. “He’s worked very, very hard during his time out.
“He’s out on the pitch now and doing his rehabilitation with the guys out there. He’s worked tirelessly and hopefully, before the end of the season, he’ll get some game time.”
Albrighton is joined by defender Daniel Amartey (ankle) as one of only two players to definitely be unavailable for selection ahead of Saturday's clash with Eddie Howe's Cherries.
Meanwhile, 21 of the Club’s players were called up for international action over the past fortnight and Rodgers says everyone has returned to Leicester in good condition.
“They have all come back fit and well,” he added. ““I thought all the boys did really well. Youri [Tielemans] scored his first goal for Belgium. Ben [Chilwell] and Harry [Maguire] were very good.
“Jonny Evans got his third international goal which was great to see as a Northern Irishman.”
