Leicester City conclude their 2018/19 Premier League campaign with an intriguing clash against Maurizio Sarri’s Blues following a slender 1-0 defeat by Manchester City on Monday.

While Matty James (Achilles) and Daniel Amartey (ankle) remain absent, Rodgers was able to confirm on Friday afternoon that the Club’s medical staff have no fresh concerns.

“The availability has been great,” the Northern Irishman told the national media at King Power Stadium this week. “They’re all fit and they’re available for selection.

(Danny Simpson and Shinji Okazaki) have obviously had a great history here and they’ll be legends for the rest of their lives at Leicester

“Apart from the players who have been out for a period of time, they’re all fit.”

This week it was confirmed that 2016 title-winners Danny Simpson and Shinji Okazaki will leave the Club at the end of their contracts in the summer.

Rodgers says, regardless of whether they play or not on Sunday, everyone at Leicester City will deliver a fitting send-off to two of the Club's most successful-ever players.

“Both players have obviously had a great history here and they’ll be legends for the rest of their lives at Leicester,” he added.

“I’m sure the supporters will show their appreciation accordingly. Whether one or two of the play or not, they will always be appreciated at the Club.”
