Demarai Gray and Ben Chilwell will once again be in contention for England Under-21s as they face Germany in the UEFA Euro U21 Championship semi-finals on Tuesday evening (5pm kick-off).

Gray, assisted by Leicester City colleague Chilwell, scored a wonderful opener from the edge of the 18-yard box on Thursday as the young Lions sealed their place in the final four with a 3-0 success over hosts Poland in Kielce.

Stefan Kuntz's Germany, who were defeated 1-0 by fellow semi-finalists Italy on Saturday night, qualified from Group C as 'best runners-up' with their goal difference of +4 being one superior to Slovakia in Group A.

The Italians will face Spain in the other last four match in Kraków at 8pm on Tuesday evening. Aidy Boothroyd’s England, meanwhile, are unbeaten so far in Poland, winning two and drawing one of their matches so far.

The last time they faced Germany in a Euro Championship fixture was a 4-0 loss in the final of the 2009 tournament in Malmö, Sweden. Elsewhere, Development Squad goalkeeper Daniel Iversen was an unused substitute for Denmark's 4-2 win over Czech Republic on Saturday.
