A 17th senior Turkey appearance for Çağlar Söyüncü came on Monday evening as his nation secured a late 3-2 victory over Sweden.

- Çağlar Söyüncü played the full 90 minutes as Turkey record a late win over Sweden
- Filip Benković's Croatia Under-21s side defeated Belarus Under-21s 4-0
- Seven Foxes could potentially feature on Tuesday night

Söyüncü's country bounced back from their UEFA Nations League loss to Russia as Emre Akbaba fired in a stunning four-minute brace at the Friends Arena to win it for Turkey, with his second strike coming in injury time.

Celtic loanee Filip Benković, meanwhile, completed 90 minutes in the heart of defence for Croatia Under-21s during their comfortable 4-0 triumph over Belarus Under-21s in Grodno.

The win puts Benković’s nation second in their U21 European Championships qualification group ahead of their home clash with Greece Under-21s next month.

A busy day of international action could follow on Tuesday, when Harry Maguire, Ben Chilwell and Demarai Gray’s England host Switzerland at King Power Stadium.

Chilwell and Gray joined Maguire in England training at St George's Park.

It could be a memorable evening for all three Foxes, not least Chilwell and Gray, who will be aiming to make their first senior appearances for England after being called-up to Gareth Southgate’s squad this week.

Over in Belfast, Jonny Evans Northern Ireland host Israel at Windsor Park, while James Maddison could again feature for England Under-21s, who take on Latvia Under-21s at the Slokas Stadium.

Finally, Daniel Iversen’s Denmark Under-21s head to Lithuania and George Thomas could feature once again for Wales Under-21s against Portugal Under-21s.
