Brendan Rodgers’ men head to northern France on Sunday ahead of a six-day stay, during which a number of the Club’s international stars will return to training.
As the 2019/20 season nudges closer, Albrighton says it is imperative that City continue to work hard on the training pitches to ensure they go into the campaign in full fitness.
“You’re in a nice hotel, eating the right things, resting at the right times and obviously you’ve got training, probably two or three times a day,” he told LCFC TV.

“It’s good, there’s no distractions. You’re going there for one thing and that’s to get your fitness and ultimately you come back in a lot better shape.
“I know obviously we’ve come back in this week and some players are still away.
“They’ve played international football over the break, so they’ve got a little bit longer off, but when we go away, we’ll have most of the lads there.”

Albrighton believes the whole squad has appreciated being able to spend time away with their families, but insists that focus is now fully on their pre-season schedule.
“It’s always nice to have that break between seasons,” he added.
“I think you can go away and recover from the previous season and, by the time it’s over, you’re ready to come back and get your fitness back to where it needs to be.
Afternoon Training Session At Belvoir Drive
Leicester City's first team squad were joined by players from the Development Squad and Academy on the outdoor pitches on their first day of pre-season training.
“I think you’re always ready to come back. We’ve had about six weeks and after about five weeks, I think you’re ready.
“I think if you ask my family, they’re probably ready for me to go back!
“But it’s good to come in and see everyone and we’re professional athletes at the end of the day so we want our bodies to be in peak fitness.
“Coming here every day, it will be, so I think we do miss it.”
