Academy Recruitment Analyst

About The Company

Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading football club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Recruitment Analyst to identify and produce reports on appropriate players for the Club's Academy. 

About The Role

Based at the Club's Training Ground, the key duties of this role include:

- Establishing and identifying player targets via remote recruitment and scouting games across all Academy ages.
- Ensuring that data collection systems are well planned and the information is stored appropriately.
- Producing statistic reports and comparisons for target players and trialists. 

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of youth football and player recruitment including tactical and technical elements of football. They will have ability to integrate and work alongside the current Senior and Academy Recruitment Department at the Club. They will have excellent organisational and communication skills.
