Starring presenter Dan Bates and former Foxes Matt Elliott and Gerry Taggart, the 30-minute show will be broadcast live from King Power Stadium at 12:30pm on Thursday.
As well as reflecting on City's recent form in both the Premier League and Carabao Cup, their FA Cup chances will also be a point of discussion in the LCFC TV studio.
The FA Cup is the only major domestic piece of silverware which still alludes the Foxes, who have won the top three divisional titles and the League Cup on three occasions.
Brentford, meanwhile, are currently fourth in the Sky Bet Championship following a 0-0 draw with Huddersfield Town on Saturday, who had Andy King among their ranks.
