LCFC Women defender Sophie Howard has been selected in the Scotland squad for their upcoming UEFA 2022 Women's European Championships qualifiers against Albania and Finland later this month.

Shelley Kerr’s side, ranked 21st in the world, continue their qualification campaign in Group E having won both of their opening two fixtures.
Scotland are second in the standings behind table-toppers Finland, who they face on Tuesday 27 October following an encounter with Albania four days prior.
Howard could now add to her 15 international caps this month having played in all three of LCFC Women’s 2020/21 FA Women’s Championship fixtures.
