Housekeeping Supervisor (Evenings)

Based at Leicester City Football Club’s new world-class training ground, the key duties of this role is to assist the Executive Housekeeper in delivering the highest degree of cleaning standards and customer care.

About The Role

Based at Leicester City Football Club’s new world-class training ground, the key duties of this role is to assist the Executive Housekeeper in delivering the highest degree of cleaning standards and customer care at our new facility. Working regular evenings (6pm - 1:30am), the postholder will be required to supervise the evening team of Housekeepers, ensuring that the daily requirements are effectively communicated and standards are met by conducting reviews and audits amongst their own requirements to conduct general cleaning duties.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for somebody who, by their supervisory experience, can demonstrate their ability to engage a team to pursue high standards. The successful individual will possess strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders (e.g. in-house colleagues alongside external cleaning contractors) and the ability to manage their time between their own cleaning duties and the requirement to organise work and conduct reviews. The Club is looking for an individual who possesses strong knowledge of the relevant Health and Safety legislation and can demonstrate their ability to work autonomously and with integrity whilst working anti-social shift patterns.
