The Foxes, who lifted last season's Emirates FA Cup, enter the competition at the third round stage as one of England's European representatives in 2021/22.
Following Wednesday evening's draw, three-time League Cup winners Leicester will face EFL Championship side Millwall to begin their campaign in the competition, with third round ties set to be played during the week commencing 20 September, 2021.
The tie against the Lions will fall between Premier League clashes against Brighton & Hove Albion (A) and Burnley (H). Confirmed dates and times, plus ticket information, will be provided on LCFC.com in due course.
