One-time winners City will face Sky Bet Championship opposition on the week commencing 27 February after overcoming fourth tier sides Gillingham and Walsall so far in this season's competition.
Blackburn beat Norwich City in the third round, before overcoming Birmingham 1-0 in a replay at St. Andrew's Stadium on Tuesday evening, after originally drawing 2-2 with the Blues.
A confirmed date, kick-off time and ticket information for City's fifth round tie will be announced in due course.
