King Power Race Meeting Comes To Leicester Racecourse
- King Power to host charity raceday at Leicester Racecourse on Monday 29 May
- A day of high-calibre racing and entertainment for families across Leicestershire

The day will be open to Leicester City supporters and racing enthusiasts throughout the county and will be a spectacular summer celebration - with elite racing combined with a host of fun-filled family entertainment on offer.
Alongside this, the event is also an opportunity for King Power to show its support for The Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation’s chosen partner charities as it continues its wonderful legacy of fundraising for vital local causes.
This year’s partner charities are the Leicester Hospitals Charity, Hope Against Cancer, Heartwize and Rainbows – all organisations that do incredible work for the community and align with King Power’s commitment towards giving back to the people of Leicestershire.
The Srivaddhanaprabha family have donated millions of pounds over the years towards causes rooted deep in the heart of the local community through the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation, which was renamed after Leicester City’s late patriarch in 2018 and continues to strive to make a difference to people’s lives.
To raise further awareness of the causes supported, sponsorship of the day’s racecard will be passed on several such charities, with races named after each as they continue their vital work for the people of Leicester.
King Power’s strong and growing presence in horse racing has brought wins at some of the UK’s biggest meetings, and the raceday is a wonderful chance to see some of the best horses from the King Power Racing stable up close.
Adult tickets on the day are priced at £19, but LCFC Season Ticket Holders and Members are eligible for a special discount that will see the entry price reduced to just £10 for the day. This code will be sent direct via email to all Season Ticket Holders and Members.
