Enzo Maresca's Men host Stoke City in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday, exactly 24 hours before the turn of Willie Kirk's Women's outfit, who welcome Everton Women to Filbert Way in the Barclays Women's Super League. Both games kick off at 3pm on each matchday.

With each side currently sitting top of their respective leagues, it's the perfect opportunity for the Blue Army to back both of the Club's senior sides in competitive action over a bumper weekend of action at King Power Stadium.

Alongside a wealth of special content to mark the occasion, including John Hutchinson's heritage section - covering matters related to each side - and regular notes from Chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, Maresca, Kirk and Alan 'The Birch' Birchenall, there is also detailed features on both visitors to Leicestershire inside the 100-page edition.

Coady is the feature interview for the Men's side, explaining the joy he felt to make his league debut for Leicester City on Wednesday. The former Wolverhampton Wanderers defender had to wait for that moment due to injury.

To play with the boys, to listen to the Manager and play under him, it’s a feeling I’ve missed like mad.

"To be honest, I’ve waited so long for it," the England centre-back explains. "I’ve watched the boys in recent weeks, and I’ve tried to give as much as I can from the side but to actually get on the grass in front of the supporters, to play with the boys, to listen to the Manager and play under him, it’s a feeling I’ve missed like mad.

"It something you can never feel doing anything else so to be involved out there with the boys and really help the team is something I’ve really wanted to do.

"But in the Championship, we’ve seen how quick the games come so now we have to make sure we’re ready for Stoke."

Whelan, on the other hand, is hoping that this WSL campaign can include further improvement for LCFC Women, who finished 10th in the WSL last term. Last weekend's opening-day win at Bristol City has the Foxes top of the early table. Tickets remain available for City's encounter with Everton Women

Aileen Whelan is hoping LCFC Women can look upwards in the table this season.

"Well, the end of last season was just a massive relief to be honest," she says. "This year though, we’ve got a clean slate, a lot of new players, new players with a lot of experience of winning which obviously helps in games and in training because it’s given it a bit more of a competitive edge with a lot more players in different positions.

"It’s helped kick everyone on a bit and knowing now that we’ve got the ability to score goals, we know that we can go and get a top-half finish."

Foxes fans can also enjoy an interview with Men's Under-21s forward Kian Pennant inside this weekend's programme, which includes all the usual features too, such as the Supporter Messageboard, Junior Foxes, Statto Dave and much more.

Make sure you don't miss out on this collectable special edition of CITY - which will be on sale on Saturday and Sunday for just £3.50 outside King Power Stadium and inside the Foxes Fanstore.
