City's Under-18s The Victors Over West Brom

Leicester City's Under-18s put four past West Bromwich Albion on Saturday morning as they romped home to victory in the U18 Premier League South.

Jake Evans scored twice in the 4-0 win at LCFC Training Ground, while Laolu Omobolaji and Kirsten Otchere also found the net which sees Leicester sit seventh in the standings with 21 points.

It took 20 minutes for the deadlock to be broken in Seagrave - Evans opened the scoring, being assisted by Louis Page. The young Foxes added another two before the break through Omobolaji and Evans scoring his second of the day.

With a three-goal lead against ninth-placed West Brom, Otchere got himself in the scoresheet in the 67th minute to confirm victory, as the Foxes cemented a two-point gap between them and the bottom half of the table.

This weekend sees the Under-18s travel to the south coast where they will meet Southampton on Saturday afternoon at Staplewood Training Ground for more league action.
