The Foxes welcome Carlos Corberán’s Sky Bet Championship play-off hopefuls to King Power Stadium in a 12:30pm BST Saturday kick-off on Filbert Way.

Eager to get back to winning ways and regain momentum in City's own automatic promotion charge, Maresca is waiting for updates on three of his players.

Academy graduate Kasey McAteer, meanwhile, is back in contention after a near two-month absence.

“We have some doubts about Jamie [Vardy],” the Manager told the media on Friday. “He had a kick during the week. We have some doubts on Ricky (Ricardo Pereira), for the amount of games, after his injury. Kiernan [Dewsbury-Hall] has been unwell for a few days this week. Kasey is back. That’s all.

“For Jamie, it’s more a physical problem. For Kiernan, he’s just been unwell. It’s not a physical problem. We’ll see. We still have 24 hours, so we’ll see if we have them back for the game.

“I don’t think Ricky has struggled this year. He has played more minutes than the last two years. He has been fantastic with his play and physicality. It’s normal with this amount of games that you can have some problems. He has always played so we’ll see for tomorrow.”
