King Power Stadium reopens for Barclays Premier League business on Saturday and there are plenty of improvements supporters can look forward to discovering at the home of the Foxes.

As we told you last month, extensive work has taken place on the pitch, including the lengthening of the playing surface and modifications to accommodate the 2015 Rugby World Cup matches that take place in October.

More recently, the stadium exterior has been painted and rebranded, with several eye-catching features for supporters to look out for.

The players’ tunnel has also been extended and updated with new inspirational imagery from the 2014/15 season, ready for the players’ arrival on Saturday afternoon.

The LED perimeter advertising boards around the pitch have been entrenched to improve sight-lines for supporters at low levels and are now surrounded by state-of-the-art artificial grass to minimise risk of injury to players around the perimeter.

In the Spion Kop, Official Platinum Partner and Beer Partner Singha is recognised with updated branding, while the elevated in-stadium frieze has also been refreshed for the new campaign.

So, if you’re coming down to watch Leicester City take on Sunderland on Saturday, keep an eye out for some of King Power Stadium’s exciting new features ahead of and during the game.
