Having convincingly beaten Peterborough United 5-1 on Saturday, City will take on the Blades in a bid to reach the quarter-finals of the prestigious competition.
United, who are currently 7th in the Championship, defeated Ipswich Town 1-0 at Portman Road in the third round before beating Preston North End at home by the same scoreline in round four.
