Housekeeping Team Leader

Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Housekeeping Team Leader to assist the Housekeeping Manager with planning, organising and developing the Housekeeping Operation at King Power Stadium and Training Ground Facility.

Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Housekeeping Team Leader to assist the Housekeeping Manager with planning, organising and developing the Housekeeping Operation at King Power Stadium and Training Ground Facility.

About The Role

Based at the King Power Stadium the key duties of this role include supervising the day to day activities of the Housekeeping Department, assisting with planning, organising and supervising team members to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Ensuring the Housekeeping operation is adequately staffed. Liaising with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the department operates within budgetary tolerances. Delivering information, instruction and training to Housekeeping Operatives ensuring safety in the workplace is maintained.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in or leading a Housekeeping team within a similar industry. They will understand the value of customer care and will operate to a high degree of safety. They will have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle to be able to work across LCFC’s sites.
