Operations Manager

LCFC Community Trust is recruiting for an Operations Manager to devise and implement structures to ensure the smooth, effective running of all areas of LCFC Community Trust including the management and coordination of all operational aspects, policies and procedures.

About The Company

Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading Football Club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. Following a period of growth, LCFC Community Trust is recruiting for an Operations Manager to devise and implement structures to ensure the smooth, effective running of all areas of LCFC Community Trust including the management and coordination of all operational aspects, policies and procedures.  

About The Role

Based at King Power Stadium the key duties of this role include:

  • Maintaining and further developing links with all relevant LCFC departments and to develop, coordinate and manage an administrative support team.
  • The Operations Manager will join the team of Senior Managers to develop, enhance and ensure quality, high impacting projects and programmes utilising the brand ‘Leicester City Football Club’.
  • Ensure smooth, effective running of all areas of Leicester City Community Trust.
  • Provide high quality administrative support to Managers, Coordinators and Trustees including tasks such as; organisation of meetings and events, preparation of papers and collation of reports, noting meetings including assuming the role of Clerk to our Board of Trustees.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will;

  • Be educated to degree level
  • Hold a Business Administration / Management qualification or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role
  • Have experience of developing and supporting a diverse team
  • Have experience of developing relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners at all levels.

Contract Type – 12 month Fixed Term
Hours Per Week – 37.5 hours
