About The Company

Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading Football Club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. Following a period of growth, LCFC Community Trust is recruiting three Engagement Coaches to develop and deliver a host of activities within youth and community sport settings and support the delivery of funded partnership programmes ‘Youth Power’ and Premier League ‘Kicks’.

About The Role

Based at King Power Stadium, the key duties of this role include developing and delivering comprehensive sessions, activities and programmes across ‘Youth Power’ and ‘Kicks’ by engaging, inspiring and empowering young people often deemed ‘hard to reach’.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will;

• Hold Level 2 qualification in Youth Work and / or FA Level 2 Coaching in Football
• Be experienced in planning and delivering high quality interventions or activities
• Have excellent organisational and planning skills
• Have excellent communication skills

Contract Type – 12 month Fixed Term
Hours Per Week – 1 x Full Time (37.5 hours) and 2 x Part Time (12 hours) posts available
