The nephew of former Liverpool and Stoke wide man Jermaine, Terell is direct and quick and brings a fearlessness in attack to games.

He can play on either flank or through the middle in attacking roles and became a key player for the Club's Under-18s in recent seasons, debuting when the forward played 90 minutes of an U18 Premier League fixture back in April 2017.

Seven games for City's Under-18s in 2017/18 was followed by a further 25 appearances at that level the next campaign, scoring five times. This led to his involvement in the final Premier League 2 Division 1 fixture of the season in April 2019 - his debut for the Under-21s.

Likewise in 2019/20, the forward made a telling contribution to Leicester's Under-18s, with seven goals and four assists in 11 league matches, notching up another PL2 substitute appearance in January 2020.

Pennant matched his goal and assist tally from the previous U18 Premier League season in 2020/21, adding a further six appearances for the Under-21s.

Making a breakthrough to become a regular in the Development Squad during 2021/22, with appearances in two competitions, Pennant scored his first-ever PL2 goals, against Arsenal and Blackburn Rovers, finishing the season having played 17 times.

The former England youth international has once again been an important member of the squad this term, featuring more than 20 times for the side coached by Ben Petty.
