  • Leicester City face Brentford at King Power Stadium in the Premier League's weekend opener
  • LCFC Women are on international duty after beating Aston Villa in the WSL
  • City's Under-21s host Derby County in Premier League 2 on Monday
  • Our Under-18s travel to meet Norwich City in U18 Premier League South
LCFC Women may now be on international duty after an excellent 3-0 home victory over Aston Villa in the Barclays Women’s Super League, but there’s still plenty of City clashes to follow over the next few days.
A big win for Amandine Miquel's side on home soil.
A big win for Amandine Miquel's side on home soil.
We start by hosting the Bees at King Power Stadium on Friday (8pm kick-off), aiming to move back outside of the bottom three for the first time since success at Tottenham Hotspur last month.
It won’t be an easy task against Thomas Frank’s side, whose away form has gone from strength to strength of late, winning their last three on the road. Ruud van Nistelrooy can, however, take heart from the level of performance produced, if not the result, against Arsenal last time out.
Our Development Squad have to wait slightly longer to play again, but will no doubt be itching to get back on the pitch following last Friday’s 6-3 victory over Newcastle United in the North East – a third consecutive win for the Under-21s.

Jake Evans is now the top goalscorer in PL2.
A Jake Evans hat-trick was the highlight of an impressive all-round display from the side coached by Leon McSweeney, who moved up to 11th in the Premier League 2 table ahead of welcoming Derby County to LCFC Training Ground on Monday evening (7pm kick-off).
There’s also an away trip for our in-form Under-18s side in U18 Premier League South, meeting Norwich City at Avant Training Centre on Tuesday afternoon (12:30pm kick-off). Adam Barradell’s team also triumphed by a 6-3 scoreline last weekend, beating West Ham United.
