Souttar's Australia End Asian Cup Group Stage

Harry Souttar's Australia concluded their AFC Asian Cup group stage campaign with a 1-1 draw with Uzbekistan on Tuesday.

Souttar, who has started all of the Socceroos' games in Qatar this winter, was once again in the XI as his nation sealed top spot in Group B.

Martin Boyle's penalty at the end of the first half was levelled by Azizbek Turgunboev at Al Janoub Stadium, ending a 100 per cent record for Australia. 

Graham Arnold's men are now into the last-16 of a tournament they've won once and will be in action next on Sunday 28 January (11:30am GMT kick-off).

Their round of 16 opponents will be confirmed following the conclusion of the tournament's group stage.
