Knockaert's Arsenal Belief

Flying Frenchman Anthony Knockaert believes Leicester City have the ability to cause Arsenal problems when the two sides meets at King Power Stadium on Sunday
The midfielder made his Premier League debut in a 2-2 draw against Everton on the opening weekend of the season and is desperate to help to Foxes secure their first win of the campaign against a tough Arsenal side.

After that opening point, the Foxes fell to defeat away at Chelsea despite an excellent performance, and with every game in the league presenting a stern challenge, Knockaert sees no reason why the Foxes can’t start their winning run on Sunday.

“We have played some tough teams in the first two games,” Knockaert told Foxes Player. “It’s very different to the Championship, because there is much more quality.

“The game is quicker and we have to work hard. That’s the key to staying up this season. That’s our objective, and if we work as hard as we did last season, there’s no reason why we can’t.

“[Against Arsenal] it’s going to be a great game for us and an opportunity to get our first win. We have to do that for the fans. It’s going to be a good game, but every game will be tough, so we have to do our best.

“I like Arsenal. They are a good club and Sunday will be special for me because there are a lot of French players. They are a good team, but I think we have the quality to give them problems. We’re going to give our maximum and hopefully we can take the three points.”
