Kramaric Anticipates Challenging Croatia Test

Striker Andrej Kramarić says his first game for Croatia since joining Leicester City from HNK Rijeka in January is set to be a difficult test for his nation.

The Foxes forward will hope to help Niko Kovač’s men strengthen their position at the top of European Championship Qualifying Group H when they host a fierce Norway side in Maksimir on Saturday.
Croatia have been in fine form in the group stages, winning three out of their four games and conceding just once in the process.
Aiming to add to his two goals in four international appearances, Kramarić said: “Of course I’m happy that I’m playing again in Croatia for the national team and playing with some of the country’s best players.
“We will have a really great match against a great team in Norway and hopefully we will play like we played in the other games in the group stage and get the win.
“I’m happy to be back to see some family and friends that I’ve missed too, so I’m happy that I’ll see them.”
The City frontman is fully aware of the task at hand. Norway’s defence are yet to be breached on the road in the group stages and sit just one point behind Croatia heading into the crucial clash.
Kramarić added: “To get to Euro 2016 would mean a lot, especially for me. This is my first qualification campaign and I hope that I will play in the European Championship in 2016.
“I will do everything to help my team to win the game against Norway and help us get there.”
