In an international friendly against Brazil, defender Daniel Amartey started from the off, however Tite's men registered a convincing victory as Paris Saint-Germain's Marquinhos headed his nation in front at Stade Océane in Le Havre before a brace from Tottenham Hotspur's Richarlison meant Brazil led by three at half-time.

Finally, on Friday evening, Academy midfielder Zach Booth, who registered an assist against Malta Under-19s on Wednesday, saw United States Under-19s beat Croatia Under-19s 4-3 in a thrilling encounter. Booth could feature again next Tuesday when United States face Scotland (4pm kick-off).
